
Advantages of the syringe pump over the reciprocating pumps are to generate very little pulsation and perform very stable delivery even with very low flow rate.
L.TEX can offer various syringe pumps with customized specifications to meet specific requirement of flow rates, volume of syringes, and pressure and temperature control of the cylinder, the automation system of the switching valve, and etc. Not only the standard standalone syringe pumps but also the PC controlled syringe pumps that are installed in the system can be offered with lower cost. The pumps can be customized for explosion-proof construction.
The model 8521 has been designed to deliver special solvent that becomes degenerated when it touches on the air. The position of the seal has been uniquely designed so that the washing mechanism has been placed under the cylinder, which prevents the solvent in the cylinder from touching the outside air.

The model 8523 has been developed for the application in the low flow rate range, so it covers the flow rate range from 0.5 ~ 500μl/min. In order to increase resolution, the long narrow cylinder is designed. Motor drive high pressure valves are employed to aspirate and discharge the solvent automatically. When all solvent in the cylinder is discharged, the valve is automatically switched to aspirate the solvent.

The model L.TEX 8557 has been developed to delivery slurry.
To avoid precipitation, slurry in the cylinder has to be stirred so that cylinder is installed upside down and the stir bars are placed in the inside of the head and the stir bars motion is driven by electromagnets stirrer placed underneath.

Recent development of analytical technologies for bio technologies field demands larger and more accurate information from very minute sample amounts.
